Atreo provides remote support to help you resolve on-site problems and answer questions regarding your system. Call our support hotline at (844) 819-5897 for assistance.
Atreo field service technicians are directed to resolve system issues that require on-site support. Our project managers and installers continue to support ongoing projects.
Design and BIM Coordination
Throughout the crisis, Atreo’s design and BIM coordination teams are working with hospitals, construction management teams and architects to assure timely completion of project milestones. Our goal to assure that we do our part to keep your project moving forward.
Expediting processes and orders

We support COVID-19 prevention efforts
The health and safety of our employees and their families is an essential part of our ability to serve you. As such we are enacting social distancing policies and other tactics to minimize the spread of the virus, such as making sure our employees have proper PPE when they visit a site, complying with any customer’s guidelines, and taking special precautions while traveling.
